And on it goes in the running drama also known as the World Trade
Center Memorial and Memorial Museum. NY Governor George Pataki
and NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg jointed announced
the release of the Sciame report. They appointed Frank Sciame to
come with recommendations to reduce the cost of the memorial down to
$500 million. His report will cut out $285 million in
construction costs, plus another $11 million in annual operating costs.
Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) will accept public
