The New
York State Comptroller announced this week
that Wall Street bonuses will total a record $21.5 billion for 2005.
The average bonus for workers came out a record $125,000.
I'm sure the hardworking Wall Streeters are coming up with
ways
to spend their bonuses already. But I think an option to
consider
is donating a small portion of the bonus to charity. In
addition
to a tax deduction on the charitable donation, the donors can help
their favorite causes as well.
